I was called upon by Studio
Kaiju LLC to
help extend the visibility and awareness of their unique brand
of Japanese-influenced monster wrestling by targeting like-minded
subcultures.
By assignment's end, I successfully scheduled more than 25 Kaiju
DVD screenings at anime, comic book, and horror conventions
nationwide. I expanded the Kaiju involvement in these events
to include sponsorship, link exchanges, and actual Kaiju character
appearances. The assault continued throughout the remainder
of the year, culminating in my formation of the Kaiju
Anime Club.
